I had not planned on continuing the STRAT series of bioweapons ever since the failure that was STRAT-3, however this anomaly fit what I wanted from a STRAT. My lab team had sampled some voidmatter from RR-1 for further experimentation. When testing how the voidmatter reacted when it came into contact with plasma energy, it leaped from the tray and onto the lead scientist's face. Over the next few hours the voidmatter mutated with entire right side of his face. This voidmatter seemed to take complete control of the scientist. It asked what I hoped to gain researching it, and I told it about Project Darkstar. It expressed eagerness to assist with Project Darkstar. It stated it would be an excellent tactician and engineer. I asked it to demonstrate it's tactics in the Combat Training Outpost Mob Arena, where it efficiently commanded 6 armed soldiers. In engineering it constructed a dropship helicopter it called the Infiltratorm which is far more versatile then our last dropship. Dare I say that STRAT-4 has become a surprisingly useful asset to me and so I have made it second in command. Subject is absolutely ready for field testing.
